Tennis court floor is the most important component of tennis sports. Soil and grass are used as natural materials. In fact, tennis, which developed as a high-toned event in England, is performed in natural grass fields at first. Water based acrylic paint, artificial turf woven as a carpet with synthetic strands, and rubbertypes made of EPDM and SBR granules. 

There are also two sub-types of acrylic floors applied on the concrete substrate: normal acrylic and cushion acrylic which is filled with rubber granules. Polyurethane floors are also generally applied as multi-layer on the substrate formed by the material known as SBR.
